PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical splitter housing that facilitates optical wiring without causing sharp bends in a coated optical fiber and that excels in handleability and working efficiency. SOLUTION: The disclosed optical splitter housing 1 is designed to branch an optical signal made incident from a single coated optical fiber into a multiple coated optical fiber and to house an optical multiplexer/demultiplexer for coupling an optical signal made incident from the multiple coated optical fiber to the single coated optical fiber. This optical splitter housing 1 is equipped with: a single core-end reinforcing cord fixing part 13 that is integrally formed with a wall in which an insertion hole for inserting the single coated optical fiber is formed and that is provided with an opening communicating with the insertion hole; floors 15b, 16, 17 on which the optical multiplexer/demultiplexer is fixed; and a multiple core-end reinforcing cord fixing part 20 on which the multiple coated optical fiber is fixed.
