A cartridge for injection is provided to let an additive channel opened and an additive discharged when a push rod is pushed in the state that water pressure is given to an elastic tube. A cartridge for injection(100) is used to inject an additive into equipment using water pressure, and includes a housing portion(110) and a built-in portion(120). The housing portion comprises a coupling portion(114) that is coupled to equipment. The built-in portion is disposed inside the housing portion, and comprises a tube portion(122) into which an additive(190) is received. A tube pressurizing channel(170) is formed between the housing portion and the built-in portion to make the water flowing into the housing portion pressurize the tube portion.
