PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spline internal diameter measurement device capable of precise measurement though it is simple. SOLUTION: Four cylindrical pins 202 are energized by a spring member 203 to the ball groove 105 other than the ball groove being the measurement object of the female axis 102, the inclination between the female axis 102 and hollow pillar 202c becomes small, and the play in an axial periphery direction is restricted, thereby the ball parts 206 of the measurement pieces P can be brought into contact with the ball groove 105 to be measured by the female axis 102 perpendicularly, the measurement error caused by the inclination of axial lines between the female axis 102 and the hollow pillar 202c is reduced.
