PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform reproduction and presentation at a correct timing by including even a data broadcast concerning the reproduction of a video-recording file which is generated by removing an unnecessary TS packet in a transport stream from records and preventing a time stamp from being added. SOLUTION: A TS reading control unit 23 reads the video-recording file (TS packet) stored in a video-recording file storage part 22 and reproduces the file. The TS reading control unit 23 acquires time information (PCR) from the TS packet having the PCR among the TS packets so as to measure a first time. An internal PCR counter 24 measures a second time, based on an internal clock. The TS reading control unit 23 obtains a difference between the first and second times, and waits the reading of the TS packet for a time period indicated by the difference.
