PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional face mask closely adhering to the chin line, efficiently treating the chin line, and further treating the back side of the chin and the neck simultaneously with the face for efficient treatment of the face. SOLUTION: Superposed sheet members (20, 30) are joined into a concavo-convex shape so as to follow the shape at least from under the nose to the tip of the chin through the mouth in a side view of a human face, and are formed widely so as to cover the chin line. The sheet members are joined into a concavo-convex shape so as to follow the shape from under the nose to the neck in the side view of the human face. The sheet members are joined into a concavo-convex shape so as to follow the shape from the upper part of the forehead to the tip of the chin through under the nose in the side view of the human face, and are formed widely so as to cover the temples.
