PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon kind evaluation and feedback system, capable of rapidly and surely evaluating coal properties fitted to the equipment constitution of each coal fired power plant. SOLUTION: The carbon kind evaluation and feedback system is constituted of a property data memory means 40 for storing the property data of a coal kind, an operation data collecting means 10 for collecting the operation data on the coal fired power plant 1, by performing a combustion test in the coal thermoelectric power plant 1, a coal property evaluation means 20 for evaluating the suitability of coal properties, with respect to the coal thermoelectric power plant 1 on the basis of the operation data and a feedback means 30 for feeding back the evaluation of coal properties to the property data memory means 40.
