<p>A manually operable tool for grasping solid objects comprising a scissors assembly 10 at opposed ends of which are a pair of handles 24, and a pair of opposed paddles 14a, 14b such that objects may be received between the paddles whereupon movement of the handles towards each other causes the paddles to move together to grasp said solid objects therebetween.
