PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral composition having actions of improving inflammation of tissues due to interruption of microcirculation and excess production of active oxygen to thereby treat diabetes, periodontal diseases and arthritis.

SOLUTION: The oral composition contains Boswellia serrata (a plant belonging to family Burseraceae), Angelica keiskei, kale, green tea leaves, grape seed extract, yeast containing zinc or molybdenum, α-lipoic acid, and vitamin C and vitamin B groups.
