<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein household electric appliances have been recycled since 2001 based on a law but there is no standard on how to take a target of a future recommercialization rate into present design goods that will be discarded ten years later, and environmental countermeasures become costly, a handling time is long because parts containing substances affecting environment, parts producing value, and the like are unclear, and furthermore the failure of a crusher occurs due to a failure to dismantle parts having adverse effect on the crusher, which increases a handling cost required to carry out handling for recycling. <P>SOLUTION: Mark indication is put on manually dismantled parts that can be manually dismantled without disassembling or crushing by a machine when recovering electric appliances after discarded or used, and the manually dismantled parts are dismantled by hand and then crushed by the machine. At this time, mark indication is carried out with marks that can be classified in a plurality of kinds that are one with value after recovery and one requiring cost.
