A height adjustable rack is provided to change the height of food to be cooked in a microwave oven and to maintain the adjusted height until food is cooked for meeting a height of food required in various cooking methods. A height adjustable rack used in a microwave oven includes a main body(50) where food to be cooked is placed on, main legs(60) which maintains a height of rack, telescoping legs(70) which changes length of legs by sliding in and sling out from main legs, and spring loaded locks(80) which maintains the rack at a desired height.
