<p>PURPOSE:To provide an electrical hot water heater capable of boiling-up a required amount of hot water in an appropriate manner. CONSTITUTION:There are provided temperature sensors 11 to 19 for use in sensing a hot water temperature within a hot water storing tank 1, a control part 21, and an electrical power control part 22. The control part 21 calculates a heat calorie of remained hot water between temperature sensors in reference to a mean value of detected temperature values when the detected temperature of an adjoining temperature sensor is higher than a predetermined temperature, sets the heat calorie of the remained hot water to zero when the detected temperature is lower than the predetermined temperature, calculates an interface between the boiled-up hot waters with a desired calculation equation when only the lower temperature sensor in the adjoining temperature sensors shows a lower value than the predetermined temperature and further calculates the heat calorie of the remaining hot water between the interface and the upper side temperature sensor. In addition, a total heat calorie of remaining hot water is calculated in reference to a sum of each of the heat calories of the remaining hot water, a required heat calorie is calculated in response to an amount of hot water used in the past and then an electrical energization time for electrically energization of an electrical heater 52 is calculated in reference to the heat calorie of all remaining hot water and the required heat calorie. Then, the electrical power control part 22 electrically energizes the electrical heater 52 only for this electrical energization time.</p> |
