<p>A solid and liquid separator (10) for separating liquid substances and solid substances from a mixed body (S) and a solid and liquid separating method. The device comprises a filtration part (11a) onto which the mixed body (S) is supplied, a frame-shaped seal material (12a) having a frame-shaped pressing surface (12d) pressed, on its all the periphery, by the surface of the filtration part (11a) or the mixed body (S) fed to the surface of the filtration part so that they can be fitted to each other, a seal device (12) supporting the seal material (12a) so that the seal material can be advanced to and retreated from the surface of the filtration part (11a), and a pressurizing device (13) pressurizing the mixed body (S) fed to the surface of the filtration part (11a) on the inside of the pressing surface.</p> |
