PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an apparatus for feeding flat members reduced in operation time for setup and improved in productivity. SOLUTION: A tube magazine 110 comprises a pressing spring member 130 so acting as to ride over the jumping part 101a of a tube 101 pushed out by a pressing member 120 and, after riding over the jumping part 101a, acting as to push the jumping part 101a downward.
