<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a salt composition enabling good-balance ingestion of vitamins and minerals. <P>SOLUTION: The salt composition comprises food alternative material composed of a salt-reduced base, vitamins and minerals which are necessary for energy metabolism, sodium pump and calcium pump. Specifically, the salt composition is unprecedented basic seasoning obtained by fusing the salt and the vitamins together.
