A plasma display device is provided to prevent vibration from being transmitted to a heat radiation plate from a printed circuit board by installing a vibration-proof member at a fastening member for engaging the printed circuit board to the heat radiation plate. A plasma display device includes a heat radiation plate(20) and a printed circuit board(40) mounted on the heat radiation plate by using a fastening member(M). A vibration-proof member(C) is interposed between the fastening member and the heat radiation plate or between the fastening member and the printed circuit board. The fastening member has a palm nut(A) and a bolt(B) engaged to the palm nut.
