PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call control method by which calls are equally connected to an operator on the basis of not only the originating state of a caller only at once but on a plurality of originating states of the same caller. SOLUTION: Since waiting calls are sequentially added to a queue when an incoming call becomes a waiting call, a waiting call at the head of the queue is not only taken out to be connected with a vacant telephone system but preferentially sorted when the accumulated waiting time and/or redial frequencies so far of a caller concerning the waiting call among waiting calls exceed a threshold, the call is connected with the telephone system first even when the incoming call is slower than a customer whose accumulated waiting time is short and/or whose redial frequencies are small in comparison with the customer whose accumulated waiting time is relatively short and/or whose redial frequencies are relatively small.
