A twin roller pump is provided to dispose upper and lower barrier plates of upper and lower sliding elements between guides positioned not to block an inlet and an outlet but to block side surfaces of the barrier plates, thereby controlling the change of distance between eccentric shafts of the upper and lower sliding elements and preventing direct impact of pumped water against the upper and lower barrier plates. A twin roller pump includes an upper barrier plate(12) attached to an upper sliding element(10) and a lower barrier plate(22) attached to a lower sliding element(20), which are positioned between first and second guides(30a,30b). The first and second guides are mounted to an arc-shaped securing part(52) of an inlet(50) and an arc-shaped securing part(54) of an outlet respectively not to block the inlet and the outlet, which are disposed between upper and lower chambers(42,44). The upper and lower barrier plates slide relatively between the first and second guides when the upper and lower sliding elements carry out inscribed eccentric motion by own shafts(14) in the upper and lower chambers, so that the sliding of the upper and lower barrier plates adjust the change of a distance(S) between the shafts of the upper and lower sliding elements which are positioned eccentrically.
