A substrate on which a substrate is mounted is provided to remove static electricity generated during a manufacturing process of the LCD effectively to reduce faults of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display). In a stage, plural holes are formed in an upper side on which a substrate is mounted. A support pin(120) is placed within the hole, and mounts or spaces the substrate in or from the stage by performing up/down movement. The support pin includes a cylindrical body part(121) made from non-conductive material, and a first conductive thin film(125) formed with predetermined thickness in an outer circumference of the body part. A driving part is connected with the support pin and supplies power for the up/down movement of the support pin. |
