FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises load-bearing plate, cutters, and air-operated cylinder mounted on the cutters by means of a rod. The hopper-collector for the studs is secured to the load-bearing plate. The guides for studs are connected with the hopper-collector. Third air-operated cylinder provided with a rod is connected to the second air-operated cylinder. The frame is secured to the rod. The holder is connected with the stud guides. The faceplate is mounted on the holder. The movable bushings are mounted on the faceplate and connected with the stud guides. The stud-drivers are mounted on the faceplate and connected with spindles. The cutters and levers of the stud cutter are mounted on the faceplate. The cam is mounted on the holder for permitting it to be periodically in a contact with the lever of the stud cutter when the faceplate rotates. The guiding rods pass through the frame. The members for arresting the rotation of the faceplate is secured to the holder. The member for locking faceplate when studs are screwed is connected to the first guiding rod and is periodically in a contact with the arrester of the rotation of faceplate. The plate is connected with the frame by means of guiding rods and underlies the rotatable table. The guiding rods are mounted on the plate from the side of the rotatable table. The holder, faceplate, stud-drivers, cam, cutters and levers of stud cutter, member for arresting the rotation of faceplate, and member for locking the faceplate when the studs are screwed are used for readjusting coordinates of spindles and interposed between the plate and frame. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of assembling. ^ 1 dwg |
