A system and a method for operating an online stock trading website, and a program recording medium thereof are provided to realize balance for stock trade and promote the stock trade through supply control by issuing new stocks of a predetermined stock item according to a predetermined new stock issuance condition. An information storing part(605) stores at least one new stock issuance condition information to a storage medium(620). An information checker(610) checks whether stock trading information of the predetermined stock item satisfies the new stock issuance condition stored in the storage medium by linking with a stock trading information database. A new stock issuance processor(615) issues or increases the quantity of new stocks satisfying the new stock issuance condition if the stock trading information satisfies the new stock issuance condition stored in the storage medium. |
