<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital data receiver capable of surely discriminating whether a specific channel broadcasts a simultaneous broadcast. <P>SOLUTION: The digital data receiver (100) includes a first audio data generating section (32) for outputting first audio data, related to a first service from the broadcast wave of the specific channel; a second audio data generating section (36) for outputting second audio data, related to a second service from the broadcast wave of the specific channel; and a simultaneous broadcast discriminating section (74) for discriminating whether the specific channel broadcasts the simultaneous broadcast, by taking the time correlation of agreement between the first and second audio data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
