<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting nucleic acid, constituted so that a solution is made easy to arrive at a probe electrode, while the area of the probe electrode is small. <P>SOLUTION: A flow channel 110 has a flat part 110f, having a flat surface parallel to the flow direction of the solution, an inclined part 110s having an oblique surface protruding from the flat surface, along the flow direction of the solution and the probe electrode E, provided to the oblique surface of the inclined part 110s. The probe electrode is a metal film part, formed by laminating an insulating film having an opening part on a metal film and exposed from the opening part. The angle θ, formed by the probe electrode E with respect to the flat surface of the flat part 110f, the maximum width R in the flow direction of the solution of the opening formed to the insulating film 124 and the film thickness (d) of the insulating film 124, satisfy the relation tan θ>d/R. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
