PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum type toilet device by which a time of operation of a vacuum device can be shortened and the odor of a toilet bowl can be surely removed. SOLUTION: When a person sits on a toilet seat 3, a toilet seat sensor 12 detects it and an air discharging fan 50 automatically operates to vacuum up and discharge the odor of the toilet bowl 4. When the person stands up from the toilet seat 3, the toilet seat sensor 12 detects it and the air discharging fan 50 automatically stops after the lapse of a predetermined time (for 1 minute to some minutes) from the detection. 61 is a control part. While an odor sensor 11 detects the odor, the discharging fan 50 operates to vacuum up and discharge the odor of the toilet bowl 4.
