PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain superior airtightness and to increase the mounting strength of a sealing member while preventing static charging on an item packaged as to a packaging bag whose top opening is mounted with a sealing member such as a chuck seal. SOLUTION: An antistatic inside bag 1 having a top opening 11 is stored in an airtight outside bag 2 which keeps the inside peripheral face of a top opening 23 fitted with a chuck seal 22.
