PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a line body not easily twisted as to a device for fixing a loaded item to be transported loaded on vehicle using a line body such as a wire. SOLUTION: In preparing this device 10 for fixing a loaded item, each of the tip ends 13, 14 of wires 15, 16 pulled out from a pair of winding mechanisms positioned at the front and the back in a storage case is provided with a mounting member 30 having a ring part 35 mounted detachably and a holding part 33 mounted detachably on a part of the item. The ring part 35 is formed with a tubular rotary shaft 35b to be mounted on the mounting hole 31a of a member main body 31. Both sides of the main body 31 are formed with a mounting hole 31a for mounting the ring part 35 rotatively. The rotary shaft 35b of the ring part 35 is mounted on the mounting hole 31a of the main body 31 and the ring part 35 is rotatable relative tot he main body 31. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
