A receiver receives gift certificate selecting/buying client information for receiving the gift certificate purchase right and price information corresponding to the purchase right of the gift certificate from a gift certificate purchase right providing client(105) through the network. A payer recognizes the price information received from the gift certificate purchase right providing client and processes a price corresponding to the gift certificate purchase right with the gift certificate purchase right providing client. A processor provides a gift certificate selecting/buying client(110) with the gift certificate purchase right paid by the gift certificate purchase right providing client by referring to the gift certificate selecting/buying client information received from the gift certificate purchase right providing client.
