A method for forming an organic thin film in an organic light emitting device is provided to simplify forming processes, to improve the productivity, to control easily the thickness of the organic thin film, to improve the adhesiveness between the organic thin film and a substrate and to prevent the generation of erosion by using a single molecular compound. An organic light emitting device includes one or more organic thin films between an anode and a cathode. The organic thin film is formed by performing an electrochemical deposition of a predetermined compound. The predetermined compound has molecules with a Bis(phenylcarbazol) radical.
