<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a situation where it is necessary to also back up image data of a large data size even when updating only attribute data of a comparatively small data size if general differential backup is performed in backing up a box document on a copying machine into a database server. <P>SOLUTION: When performing backup, data to be backed up are sorted into respective features and a backup method corresponding to a feature is implemented, thereby reducing pressure to HDD capacity and a backup time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
