A separator of a fuel cell is provided to secure a space that enables reaction fluid to flow without clogging channels in various operation conditions, promote the diffusion of the fluid into a catalytic layer, and discharge excessive water generated from a cathode effectively. A separator(10) of a fuel cell which supports a membrane-electrode assembly has fluid inlets(26) at one end, fluid outlets(27) at the other end, and main channels(20) as extended grooves, which are formed on the surface of the separator. At least one inner channel(30) is formed along the main channel. The inner channel has a width narrower than that of the main channel and gets in contact with the main channel with the surface open. |
