A washing machine is provided to damp vibration of a rotary tub by separating plural lifters each other by predetermined angle and conforming rotation center of the rotary tub to gravity center of the rotary tub. A washing machine comprises a rotary tub, and a plurality of lifters. A connection unit(27) is formed at the rotary tub. The connection unit is operated by eccentric weight. The plural lifters are formed at the rotary tub. The lifters are separated for predetermined angles each other to conform rotation center of the rotary tub to gravity center of the rotary tub to compensate an error for eccentric weight. The eccentric weight is caused by weight of the connection unit when the lifters rotate with high speed. The rotary tub has a cylindrical body unit(20) of which both side parts are opened. The connection unit is formed at the body unit. |
