The device has a wall plate (7) receiving an electrical system with another plate cooperating with the plate (7). The plate (7) drives a plunger (4) along to and fro movement. The plunger has a threaded end cooperating with a threaded sleeve (10) on which a connecting ball (3) is fixed. The ball permits a rod (2) to be fixed to the ball for adapting several orientations. The rod presents a threaded spring clip (1) which is fixed on an element on which a baby sleeps.
