PURPOSE:To enhance the producibility to a great extent in boiling noodle by rotating a doughnut-shaped rotor which is supported by a supporting rod and equipped with a bucket, and allowing it to emerge and submerge from/into a hot water tub. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 11 is hung in a hot water in a hot water tub 1, and a guide ring 12 and drive roller 7s are suspended being in pressure-contact with each other, and the rotor 11 is rotated by the drive rollers 7 at a specified speed in the hot water in the tub 1. Crude noodle 22 is supplied from a noodle supply conveyor 21 bit by bit at a certain spacing and thrown into a bucket 16 provided on the rotor 11. In the tub 1, hot water is spouted from a jet 3 vigorously, and the noodle in the bucket 16 is loosened to an appropriate grade by the convection of the water while it is immersed in the water, and uniform boiling is accomplished. The boiled noodle 23 is discharged due to inclination o the bucket 16 itself, slid down on a noodle discharge plate 24, and placed on a noodle conveyor 25. The rotor 11 is taken out of the tub 1 by pulling a supporting rod 6 up, and it is practicable to make cleaning simply. |
