A PTO(power takeoff) clutch operating structure is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost for the PTO clutch operating structure by simplifying the PTO clutch operating structure. A PTO clutch operating structure comprises a PTO brake provided at a lower portion of a PTO clutch with respect to a direction in which the power is transmitted. The PTO brake is movable to the braking position in association with the clutch-off operation of a clutch member. The clutch member is mechanically engaged with a clutch manipulation unit(48). The clutch manipulation unit(48) is maintained in a clutch-off position by a retainer. The clutch member is connected to the clutch manipulation unit(48) through a link unit.
