A bath liquid composition is provided to secure excellent skin moisturizing effect and anti-inflammatory effect, thereby being effective for improving atopic dermatitis, dry skin or sensitive skin. A bath liquid composition comprises an extract of a peach blossom obtained by using deep sea water as an extraction solvent and deep sea water. Regarding 100 parts by weight of the deep sea water, 0.1-20 parts by weight of the extract of the peach blossom having a concentration of 12.5% is contained. The composition is formulated into a liquid phase formulation, an oily phase formulation, a paste formulation, a jelly-type formulation, a capsule-type formulation, a granule-type formulation and a powdery formulation.
