PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-mounted piezoelectric vibration device with superior electrical characteristics, by which variation will not be generated in a jointed state of a conductive jointing material, while miniaturizing a piezoelectric vibration plate. SOLUTION: In the surface-mounted piezoelectric vibration device, constituted by being equipped with the piezoelectric vibration plate 3 on which an excitation electrode is formed, an insulating base 1 in which wiring patterns 12, 13 loading the piezoelectric vibration plate are formed, the conductive jointing material S, interposed between the piezoelectric vibration plate and the wiring patterns of the insulating base and constituted by electrically and mechanically jointing them and a cap constituted by covering the insulating base and being sealed hermetically, the plan-view shapes of the wiring patterns are formed similar to the plan view shape of the conductive jointing material interposed between the piezoelectric vibration plate and the wiring patterns of the insulating base.
