PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine information management device suppressing the cost caused by an increase in the number of collecting game information and the increase in the burden of wiring work of connection lines. SOLUTION: A game machine information input terminal between a game machine 10 (11) and a machine unit 20 (11) is connected by the connection lines 30a (11a)-30m (11m). The game machine 10 (11) outputs game machine information to each game machine information output terminal and the machine unit 20 (11) transmits the game machine information input in the game machine information input terminal to a management device 60 via an island unit 40 (10). The game machine 10 (11) outputs first game machine information and second game machine information to at least a single game machine information output terminal. The machine unit 20 (11) detects the first game machine information or the second game machine information input in at least a single game machine information input terminal connected to at least the single game machine information output terminal of the game machine 10 (11) and transmits it to the management device 60 via the island unit 40 (10).
