PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a processed aloe vera food as being liked by consumers and highly consumed, by using the mesophyll of aloe vera, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This method for producing a processed aloe vera food comprises removing the skins of the leaves of aloe vera, forming the obtained mesophyll into long and narrow noodle-like pieces, thermally treating the products with hot water to control a slippery component, and then adding the product to a slippery product such as Nemacystus decipiens. |
