A marble tile manufacturing system and a method are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and to improve construction efficiency by making a tile at the thickness of 1~3mm with securing good strength. A marble tile manufacturing system is composed of a marble moving device(10) moving marble(200) cut in the uniform size, from a stacked place; an applicator(30) applying raw material to form a tile on the surface of the marble; a roller(40) coming into contact with the raw material applied on the surface of the marble to equally compact the raw material; a presser(60) attaching the raw material on the marble by pressing a high-temperature and high-pressure press on the surface of the marble; a burner(80) completely forming the tile on the marble by baking the raw material by exposing the raw material attached by the presser, to a high-temperature flame; a radiator(100) cooling down heat of the marble heated by the burner; a chemical applicator(120) applying coating chemicals on the other surface of the marble opposite to the surface where a tile part is formed; a dryer(140) drying the applied chemicals; a polisher correcting the marble correspondent to the predetermined total thickness and shining the marble by polishing the surface of the marble dried by the dryer; transfer units(20,50,70,90,110,150,170) transferring the marble with exactly setting the positions of the surface where the tile part is formed, and the opposite surface to the proper position of each unit; a controller driving each unit by controlling the units according to data and the operations of a user; and a sensing unit sensing the marble and providing the information to the controller. |
