<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture hardly generating a shade on a mounting face. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting fixture is provided with a fixture main body equipped with a lighting means lighting a light source, and a housing 1 capable of housing the fixture main body and the light source, respectively, and mounting them on a mounting face W. The housing 1 is provided with a body 2 made of a material with translucency equipped with a housing recess part for the fixture main body and the light source to be housed and fixed to the mounting face with an opening of the housing recess directed toward a direction away from the mounting face W, and a cover 3 fitted to the body 2 to cover the housing recess part.
