<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve anti-seizure property at sliding portions between rollers and the inner surfaces of the pockets of a retainer and sliding portions between a race and the rollers by improving the cross-flow property of a lubricating oil in the pockets. <P>SOLUTION: This thrust roller bearing 10 comprises the retainer of M-shape in cross section in which a pair of annular parts 121a, 121b disposed to face each other on the inner and outer diameter sides are connected to a plurality of column parts 122 and the rollers 14 contained in the pockets formed between the column parts 122.
