JUDGE METHOD OF BODY ODOR TYPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply, objectively and accurately judging the type of an apocrine odor in the body odor part of a human being. SOLUTION: The type of the body odor is judged by the presence ratio of a substance represented by the general formula (1) and a substance represented by the general formula (2) or the substance represented by the general formula (3) in the sample originating from the body odor part of the human being. The human being is grouped on the basis of the type of the body odor. In the general formulae (1) and (2) or (3), R1is H or a methyl group, R2is a 1-5C alkyl group and R3is H or a methyl group.
