PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To read the amount of conveyance accurately. SOLUTION: A conveyance belt 11 is arranged so as to incline onto an inner side for a reference face P2 being a plane including a supporting face 25a between a driving roller 6 and a platen 25 having the flat supporting face 25a supporting the endless conveyance belt 11 stretched over the driving roller 6 and a driven roller from its inner peripheral face 11b side between the driving roller 6 and the driven roller. Furthermore, an encoder roller 39 coming into contact with an inner peripheral face 11b of the conveyance belt 11 at a position on an inner side of the reference face P2 being the plane including the supporting face 25a and on an outer side of a reference face P3 being a contact plane of the driving roller 6 including an end on a driving roller 6 side of the supporting face 25a is arranged between the driving roller 6 and the platen 25.
