A method for making a similar sound combiner according to creation principle of Hangul and a standard Hangul keyboard such as a 3x4 keypad input device for a mobile terminal are provided to realize convenient and easy usage by making a user easily understand usage and the keyboard. Consonant and vowel keys are effectively arranged in the keyboard having a 3X4 arrangement by applying the creation principle of Hangul to satisfy outer appearance and understanding at the same time. Each consonant key includes the similar sound combiner, which combines the similar sound keys based on the creation principle of Hangul.
