PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load on a developer and to simplify maintenance management in system development under the consideration of the cooperation of several applications. SOLUTION: This management system 100 for managing the reference relation of several applications is provided with a storage means 108 for storing reference relation tables 103 and 104 with which the referenced application names are associated; and a system control part 105 for executing a plurality of applications 101 and 102. The system control part 105 acquires the reference relation tables 103 and 104 of the plurality of applications 101 and 102, and prepares an overall application referenced relation table 403 based on them, and retrieves the overall application referenced relation table 403 based on the application name of the application to be executed, and extracts the corresponding referencing application, and enables the execution necessity flag of the extracted referencing application.
