PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency corresponding point search device capable of automatically searching a corresponding point on a frequency axis between two sound spectrums. SOLUTION: The frequency corresponding point search device 44 comprises: 1st and 2nd cumulative processing parts 84, 86 for calculating 1st and 2nd cumulative logarithmic power spectra as frequency functions by accumulating 1st and 2nd voice spectra 40, 42; an equivalent cumulative logarithmic spectrum frequency map generation processing part 92 which obtains the frequencies for giving cumulative logarithmic power spectrum values equal to each other in the 1st and 2nd cumulative logarithmic power spectra and creates an equivalent cumulative logarithmic spectrum frequency map 94 consisting of the difference between those frequencies as the function of frequencies; and a corresponding point table generation processing part 96 by obtaining a point satisfying a predetermined condition in this map 94, and outputting the 1st and 2nd frequencies corresponding to the point as corresponding point between the frequencies of the 1st and 2nd voice spectra 40, 42.
