A movable beer dispenser is provided to sell cold beer while freely moving the beer dispenser without any power source. A movable beer dispenser includes a first tub body(11), a second tub body(15), a beer flow line(20), a cooling member(30), and a beer dispensing valve(40). The first tub body includes a carbon gas tub and a beer tub. A first accommodation space is formed in the first tub body. The second tub body is installed at an upper portion of the first tub body and a second accommodation space is formed in the second tub body. The beer flow line forms a passage for discharging the beer via the first and second tub body. The cooling member cools the beer flowing along the beer flow line. The beer dispensing valve dispenses the beer from the beer flow line to the outside of the second tub body.
