PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately apply a predetermined load to hard tissue such as a bone. SOLUTION: An eccentric conical cam 14 is shaped to gradually change in distance between a rotating shaft and a side along the direction of the rotating shaft, so that the eccentric conical cam 14 is slid in the direction of the rotating shaft, thereby displacing a compression element 12 in the elongation direction. The eccentric conical cam 14 is shaped to change in distance between a rotating shaft and a side along the direction of the rotating shaft, so that the eccentric conical cam 14 is rotated around the rotating shaft, thereby displacing the compression element 12 in the elongation direction. In a load device 10, by the slidig motion and rotary motion of the eccentric conical cam 14, the contact point of the side of the eccentric conical cam 14 and one end of the compression element 12 is moved to thereby displace the compression element 12 in the elongation direction so that load is applied to the hard tissue from the other end.
