<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent solvent gas from leaking in a film-forming line. <P>SOLUTION: Dope 18 is cast from a casting die 20 to a band 23 to form a film 25. A solvent recovery line 30 is attached to a drying zone 13. The solvent recovery line 30 is equipped with a first open chamber 52, adsorbers 60-62 and a second open chamber 70. The open chambers 52 and 70 suck atmospheric air 53 and 72 to make the open chambers 52 and 70 in a negative pressure state. Even if pressure fluctuation occurs in the line 30 when adsorbers 60-62 are switched by a switching machine 63, the line 30 is immediately returned to a steady state by the open chambers 52 and 70 and is not influenced. The solvent being a harmful substance is prevented from being emitted into atmospheric air by constantly making the solvent recovery line 30 and the drying zone 13 in a negative pressure state and the method is excellent in environmental conservation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
