<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately do a simulation test for hybrid system utilizing a secondary battery and other power supplies in combination. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply unit includes: a power supply section 30 for receiving a voltage control signal to output a voltage according to the voltage control signal; a current sensor 34 for detecting a current output from the power supply section 30; and a battery ECU simulation device 32 for receiving a current value detected by the current sensor 34 and generating the voltage control signal for showing an output voltage corresponding to the detected current value to output to the power source section 30 by referring to an output-voltage output-current relational table which indicates the relation between output voltages and output currents at a secondary battery to be simulated.
