A clamping rotation apparatus for assembling a steering device is provided to uniformly maintain an assembly reference surface by claming a gear housing and a rack bar and rotating the gear housing within the limited range of rotation angles. A clamping rotation apparatus for assembling a steering device includes the first module(100), a central jig part(300), and the second module(200). The first module(100) is arranged at the first side of a working table to clamp the first portion of a gear housing(9) and rotate the gear housing within limited angles by a controller. The central jig part(300) is arranged in the center portion of the working table to support the gear housing(9). The second module(200) is arranged at the second side of the working table to incorporate with the first module(100). The second module(200) clamps the second portion of the gear housing(9) to rotatably support the gear housing(9).
